Meet the Doctors

Dr. William Nuesse, M. D. , F. A. A. F. P.

Dr. William Nuesse, M.D., Fellow American Academy of Family Practice, completed his residency at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. He has been the Medical Director at Sunrise for more than 20 years and is board-certified. He also specializes in occupational and environmental medicine, along with family practice. He is a Certified Medical Review Officer.

Dr. Nuesse is an avid scuba diver and enjoys underwater photography. He is also a former member of San Bernardino County Underwater Search and Rescue. Dr. William has been a Credentialed High School Math and Science Teacher and has worked as a Deputy Sheriff for San Bernardino County.

Dr. Mary-Ann Nuesse, D. O.

Dr. Mary-Ann Nuesse, D.O., completed her residency at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, California, joining her husband in practice in November 2000. She specializes in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, and Women's Health. Dr. Mary-Ann is a Certified Medical Review Officer and is BAT Certified.

 She is also an avid scuba diver who enjoys underwater photography and has been a Credentialed High School Teacher.

Dr. Kenneth Grubbs, D. O.

Dr. Kenneth Grubbs, D.O., completed his residency at University of California Irvine, in California and specializes in Family Practice and Occupational Medicine. Dr. Grubbs beleives in treating patients as if they were his family and wants to make a difference in his patients' lives. He involves patients in their healthcare decisions and takes a preventive and long-term approach to healthcare.

Dr. Grubbs also works closely with Public Safety Departments to perform Pre-Placement and Annual Wellness exams following NFPA and POST guidelines to ensure the health and safety of the employees.  

When he is not working Dr. Grubbs enjoys making memories with his granddaughter.  

Dr. Vi Nguyen, D.C.

Dr. Vi Nguyen, D.C., graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences. She has been in practice for over 10 years. Dr. Nguyen is commited to providing exceptional care for patients of all ages. Dr. Nguyen is a Qualified Medical Evaluator and specializes in work related injuries. 

On Dr. Nguyen's days off she enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
